This home consists of a basement business office and two apartments on the main floor.
When the owners decided to replace the heating system they also decided it was time to add
air conditioning as well. The home had existing radiators for heating with no room for duct
work in the basement office. The Aermec system was chosen to work in conjunction with a
heating box, and a noritz tankless to provide the back up heat and hot water. Aermec Fan
Coils and an Aermec Heat Pump were installed. Each apartment as well as the business office
now have the feature for individual temperature control.
